Serve as the day-to-day legal engine for the Labor & Employment function, owning employee lifecycle documentation and providing daily advisory to People and Recruiting teams.
Manage performance and exits by partnering with HR to mitigate risk and handle separations, as well as oversee discovery, records, and legal holds.
Ensure multistate compliance and standardize contractor & consultant compliance workflows while coordinating with outside counsel.
Develop and own relationships with Federal Systems Integrators, VARs, and DIB contractors, serving as the primary point of contact and strategic liaison.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within FSI and DIB partner ecosystems, with a focus on DoD, IC, and civilian agency programs.
Educate and advise partners on IonQ's quantum technology portfolio, articulating technical value propositions in the context of agency missions.
