The Role:
- You'll lead IonQ's talent development strategy and own how people grow end-to-end.
- Sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, leveraging managers, experts, AI, and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Own the talent development strategy and diagnose capability gaps.
- Architect and ship development experiences end-to-end.
- Build leadership bench and create development paths for technical experts.
Requirements:
- Experience designing talent development programs in high-growth tech.
- Demonstrated AI fluency across the development lifecycle.
- Exceptional facilitation skills with senior and technical audiences.
