You will support and enable users of IonQ's quantum computers throughout their journey, from initial setup to advanced features.
You'll become an expert on the IonQ Quantum Cloud user experience and software surrounding our quantum computers.
You'll work closely with our software teams to understand systems and opportunities for user experience improvement.

Responsibilities:

Answer user questions, troubleshoot incidents, and assist with internal investigation as the primary interface between customers and software teams.
Provide technical implementation guidance on platform administration, software integration, and workflow orchestration.
Facilitate onboarding sessions, contribute to developer documentation, and support internal tools for monitoring customer usage.

Requirements:

MS in Physics, Computer Science, or related technical field with computational focus, or equivalent hands-on experience.
5+ years in technical customer-facing roles with a proven track record.
Hands-on experience with Python, Jupyter Notebook, and similar platforms.
