About the Role:
- Own channel strategy and performance across key paid UA channels.
- Continuously optimize channels.
- Lead creative strategy.
What you’ll bring:
- 4–6+ years experience in growth or performance marketing.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of paid UA channels and experimentation frameworks.
- Analytical thinker who’s comfortable with CAC/LTV modelling.
