About the Role:
- Design and execute 'campaign attacks' that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
- Collaborate across teams to build and optimize integrated, multi-channel programs.
- Ensure we reach the right audiences and deliver measurable business impact.
What You'll Do:
- Lead Campaign 'Attacks' across digital, email, paid, and event channels.
- Take a data-driven approach to building and refining target account lists.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and Sales Leaders.
The Right Fit:
- 2–4 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of executing data-driven, cross-channel campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
