Support to develop the user growth strategy for advanced earn business including but not limited to user campaigns, product development and marketing plan. Initiate specific campaign and marketing proposals, and work closely with other internal teams (product team, data team and external partner) to deliver results. The role involves copywriting and proof-reading content pieces, including announcement, social media, communications.
Belong to the growth department, responsible for growth indicators, especially proficient in designing user growth activities. Design and implement user growth strategies, coordinate channel operation activities, be responsible for creative planning, resource coordination and implementation, track data effects, and output review reports. Focus on refined channel operation, build channel/user layered incentive system and life cycle management mechanism.
