Your goal will be attracting new users, retaining existing ones, and increasing the customer lifetime value.

As a Growth Intern, focus on demand generation efforts and operational initiatives to support GTM motions while collaborating with Marketing and Product teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects that align with Instawork’s mission and goals.

Find new ways to acquire and convert users via in-app and CRM channels, supercharge our marketing technology, and engage, retain, and grow our existing customers. Launch and iterate on programs that drive new customers, engage existing customers, and grow revenue for Discord, globally, directly managing campaigns on Iterable.
