We're seeking a Senior Android Engineer to join our Mobile team. In this role, you'll design, develop, and maintain high-performance Android applications, leveraging Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. You will troubleshoot, debug, and collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to deliver new features and improvements to the Hungryroot app.

As a Senior Benefits and Compensation Specialist, drive our employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and equitable. Manage and optimize benefits offerings, provide support to employees and leadership. Your expertise will help streamline processes, negotiate with vendors, and ensure compliance with legal requirements, fostering a positive employee experience.

As Senior Product Manager you will drive product optimizations and features, from independently run experiments to major product decisions. You'll develop insights that lead to new ideas and work with the engineering, data science and operations teams to build Hungryroot’s next beloved feature. This role will help customers feel better on a daily basis. You will establish the product vision and strategy, build alignment across stakeholders, and perform research to validate feature ideas.
