The Customer Service Agent is a key player in enhancing the Hims & Hers customer experience. This role focuses on addressing non-medical customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems for all of our products and offerings. This role significantly contributes to our mission by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality in every interaction. All Customer Service Agents on the Hims & Hers Team work remotely from home.
The role involves providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, upholding high standards of productivity and quality, navigating customer service platforms, collaborating with other agents, and participating in training programs. The candidate should become a subject matter expert in all Hims & Hers products and offerings.
