The Manager, Crypto Accounting is part of the Finance team and reports to our Controller. As Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with internal controls and US GAAP standards. You will collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Treasury, and Compliance to support timely month-end close activities, audits, and financial reporting initiatives.
Oversee the day-to-day work of collections to ensure that all accounts are followed up on in a timely manner, and keep collections activity accurate and up to date. Oversight of Billing & Collections Team; coach and train team as needed to ensure high quality and efficient productivity. Decision maker on escalated customer issues. Communicate and correspond with customers and sales representatives to question and/or investigate past-due or unpaid invoices.
This role is a key contributor to keeping revenue accounting operations running smoothly and reporting reliable. This person will support the Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) cycle by resolving contract queries and assisting the Billing and Contracts specialist with billing and dunning to help keep cash collections on track. The Revenue Accountant will contribute to a timely month‑end close, help maintain a high‑quality balance sheet, and support accurate reporting of ARR, NRR, and GRR.
