Staff Engineer

Hims & Hers is seeking an experienced Staff Engineer to build, test, deploy and support our self-service platform used for pharmacy operations and customer order fulfillment. As a technical leader, you will collaborate with UI engineers, product managers, designers, and other Engineering leaders to deliver solutions for our Fulfillment and Pharmacy Operations teams. Your contributions will help ensure the resulting platform is reliable, scalable, and adaptable to our growing business needs. You will lead the architecture of scalable and maintainable front end solutions, establish best practices, guide the technical growth of engineers, reduce technical debt, implement monitoring tools, collaborate with designers, and advocate for the team's technical needs.
