Program Success Associate, Care Team

Serve as a subject matter expert in supporting the Care Team and taking a primary role in improving processes that improve the Care Team’s ability to provide high quality, efficient work on the platform. This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer support who is ready to work independently to take on more responsibilities in operations and process improvement. You will assist providers by answering questions, solving technical issues, and working internally to solve Care Team problems. You will work collaboratively with the Operations, Product, Customer Service, and Medical Affairs teams to address provider issues and streamline processes. You will also manage provider content, identify trends and common issues impacting providers and propose long term solutions to mitigate problems.
