AP Accountant

The Accounting Operations team manages all aspects of day-to-day accounting operations, including vendor and provider accounts payable, daily treasury activities, corporate credit cards, intercompany transactions, and payroll. To support business growth, Hims & Hers has created the role of AP Accountant in Accounting Operations to assist with all areas of accounting operations with a primary focus on accounts payable function. In this role, you'll assist with the accounts payable operations, corporate credit card coding, employee reimbursements and the month-end close process. You will also review the work performed by the outsourced offshore accounting team and prepare new training instructions as needed. In addition to that, you'll be able to enhance accounting operations procedures to adhere to the public company Sarbanes-Oxley Act control requirements. Accounting Operation process improvements and process documentation are a key component of this role.
