Senior Data Solutions Developer

Shape and expand our analytics capabilities across the company. In this key role, you will help standardize and scale our data products, ensuring trusted, accessible, and visually compelling insights for stakeholders, empowering the organization to make well-informed, data-driven decisions. As a fully remote position, you will report directly to the Senior Director of Data Solutions, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Design and deliver visually stunning, intuitive Looker dashboards and reports that communicate complex insights to executive and cross-functional audiences. Build and maintain a unified dashboard suite that tells compelling stories and highlights performance trends and opportunities empowering our stakeholders to make informed business decisions. Translate stakeholder needs — from marketing to operations to finance — into meaningful, action-oriented visualizations. Partner with Data Engineering to ensure data integrity, model reliability, and optimal dashboard performance.
