About The Role:
- Design and optimize Tableau dashboards.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering on dbt-modeled marts.
- Own Tableau standards, performance tuning, and governance.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau Desktop.
- Collaborate with data engineers to leverage dbt-modeled data marts and ensure semantic consistency across reporting.
- Train and support business users in self-service analytics, promoting data literacy across the organization.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience developing business intelligence solutions using Tableau Desktop.
- Strong SQL skills with experience querying data warehouses.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into clear and intuitive data visualizations.
