What you'll do:
- Partner with R&D leaders on people strategy, org design, and employee relations.
- Own UK/international employment, EOR relationships, and regulatory tracking.
- Build country playbooks and support comp cycles for the R&D pod.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years HRBP experience with strong UK employment law knowledge.
- Hands-on Rippling/Deel experience and comfort working across time zones.
- Detail-oriented, strategic, and collaborative with US and London teams.
