Overview:
- Truehold seeks a results-driven Human Resources Generalist to support our Real Estate Group.
- This remote role partners with the Director of Talent, People Ops Consultant, and Real Estate leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-quality employee experience across onboarding, performance, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Advise managers and employees on conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and leave accommodations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in HR/People Ops; SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- Experience with Rippling or similar HRIS and multi-state HR management.
