Position Purpose:
- Manage and develop the company's HR function as a remote, full-time role.
- Support a growing workforce and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment requirements.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
- Administer benefits, leave, PTO, personnel records, and HR documentation.
- Develop scalable HR policies and improve processes for organizational growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of multi-state employment requirements and remote workforce best practices.
- Independent judgment and experience with federal contractor requirements preferred.
