The Role:
- Build and own HR operations, compliance, payroll, and benefits for a remote U.S. workforce.
- Partner with executives and counsel on risk, terminations, and compensation.
What You'll Own:
- Multi-state compliance, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Design and implement scalable HR policies, systems, and benefits programs.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years scaling HR in a 30-100+ person organization.
- Hands-on multi-state compliance and remote workforce experience; Rippling preferred.
