Role Overview:
- Lead HR compliance and administration for a growing family of roofing and building services brands.
- Support employees and brand leadership on payroll, employee relations, and safety-related HR matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee compliance, governance, investigations, and benefits reporting including ERISA, COBRA, and ACA.
- Partner with safety on OSHA recordkeeping, workers' compensation, and drug/alcohol testing.
- Drive standardized HR and payroll processes while supporting acquisition integrations.
Qualifications:
- Require 5+ years of progressive HR experience and construction industry experience.
- Need working knowledge of multi-state employment law, OSHA, payroll, and workers' comp.
