Responsibilities:
- Support performance management, employee evaluations, and personnel changes.
- Coordinate benefits enrollment, status changes, and payroll updates.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist.
- Experience with HRIS, ideally Rippling, and government contracting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance.
