Senior HR Generalist

What is the role:

• Seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Generalist to handle onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Play a key role in shaping company culture and attracting, developing, and retaining top talent across a remote-first organization.

What you’ll do:

• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and HR escalations, fostering teamwork and engagement.
• Support performance reviews, guide managers on goal setting, and ensure consistent, timely processes.
• Maintain HR records, generate metrics, and lead projects like diversity and inclusion programs.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field with 5+ years of generalist experience; SHRM/HRCI certification a plus.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency with HRIS software and G Suite/Microsoft Office Suite, plus strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
