HR Manager

About the Role:

• You'll lead the HR function and build programs for a growing, remote-first company.
• You'll partner with the founder to translate business priorities into people plans.
• This is a hands-on generalist role covering the full employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Manage employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
• Oversee culture and employee experience for a distributed team.
• Lead recruitment and workforce planning with external partners.

What You Bring:

• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including generalist duties.
• Experience supporting a scaling company and working with a founder.
• Strong judgment, communication, and ability to move between strategy and execution.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $95,000–$110,000 CAD annually.
• 15 days paid vacation, health benefits, and $1,000 product allowance.
• $400 home office setup allowance and $250 period budget.
