We are looking for an Global Experience Specialist to help shape and strengthen our company culture through meaningful engagement programs and initiatives that connect our team worldwide. You’ll design, own, and deliver engagement experiences end-to-end, from strategy and planning to execution and measurement, both at a company-wide level and for individual departments & teams.

The ideal candidate will handle onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. As a Senior HR Generalist, you will shape the company's culture and ensure they attract, develop, and retain top talent. You will provide guidance on HR-related matters, address employee concerns, promote a positive workplace, and support performance review processes.

As an Ecosystem PM, you will be responsible for directly enabling our closest partners and customers to succeed, actively soliciting feedback across the ecosystem, and ensuring that our product roadmap is aligned with partner teams pushing the frontier of blockchain development. In this role you’ll work directly with our CTO and head of Product in your day-to-day work.

Support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), based in Europe, by providing high-touch assistance ensuring the CEO can devote their complete attention to achieving the company's mission, in this critical role.
