Role Overview:
- You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of blockchain technology by identifying, acquiring, and building blockchain solutions at scale.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to evaluating opportunities and executing transactions aligned with Offchain Labs' vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support M&A and strategic investment activity end to end, from screening targets to deal structuring.
- Own post-merger integration planning and execution to ensure deal objectives are met.
- Drive internal strategy communications and develop scalable corporate development processes.
Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate development.
- Direct involvement in at least one M&A or fundraise process with real ownership of workstreams.
- Genuine fluency in crypto and strong financial modeling skills.
