People Ops Generalist

About the Role:

• You will support the full employee lifecycle and HR operations, from onboarding to offboarding, with a focus on compliance and process improvement.
• You will partner with hiring managers and People Operations team members to ensure smooth onboarding and answer employee questions.
• You will use AI tools to streamline documentation, research, and reduce manual work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of hands-on HR generalist experience, ideally in a high-growth company.
• Working knowledge of HR compliance and employment law fundamentals, with experience in HRIS platforms.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
