About the Role:
- Partner with EPD managers and employees as the operational backbone for people programs.
- Support life cycle events, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding, with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
What You'll Do:
- Manage day-to-day HR questions and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Run performance review cycles and compensation processes end-to-end.
- Collaborate with cross-functional People Team partners to ensure global consistency.
About You:
- Have 3-5+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally in tech.
- Possess strong process discipline and the ability to handle high-volume queries.
- Are fluent with AI tools and automation to streamline work.
- Excel in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
