Lead Headway’s Revenue Marketing organization, reporting to the CRO, and build, shape, and lead the provider and patient marketing function directly. You will be responsible for ensuring the growth of Headway’s core business, drive demand generation for both patients and providers, leveraging both paid and owned channels. You will recruit, retain, and develop a diverse and talented team to define Headway’s go-to-market strategy, supporting Headway’s ambitious growth goals. Responsibilities include hiring, building and coaching a high-performing marketing team, exploring and testing new growth strategies/channels, identifying performance issues, and working collaboratively with other departments.
