Director, Design (Provider)

As Design Director at Headway, you will engage with product managers, engineers, and senior leadership to grow and manage provider practices. You'll steer the provider experience vision and strategy and own the provider product design execution, maintaining a high standard that encourages senior designers. The role includes the entire provider lifecycle, from acquisition through engagement and retention. Core responsibilities include partnering with product managers, engineers, and senior leadership to define and implement the comprehensive provider experience strategy across the lifecycle from acquisition to retention, ensuring that the end-to-end design execution of provider products reflects detail and motivates senior designers.
