Job Description
Serve as a trusted advisor on HR operations, compliance, and employee relations. Manage multiple HR projects across various client environments. Develop and implement HR workflows, policies, and documentation. Support Payroll, benefits administration, onboarding/offboarding, and performance management. Navigate and ensure compliance across multiple U.S. states. Requires 5-10 years of HR generalist experience and strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and compliance. Must be able to work independently with minimal direction.
