This role involves leading executive coaching engagements to enhance strategic thinking, influence, and decision-making skills. You'll conduct assessments and performance reviews, building high-trust relationships with clients. Responsibilities include identifying key stakeholders, defining coaching goals collaboratively, and creating tailored development plans to improve leadership impact. Focus will be on fostering strategic thinking, developing decision-making frameworks, and building trust to improve effectiveness in areas such as decision-making, strategic thinking, and influencing others. You shoud be able to measure and report results that include executive-level competency such as improved leadership skills, confidence, and presence, achievement of business results, the ability to persuade, influence, and negotiate for results, greater voice and enhanced authority.
