Sr Technical Support Engineer

India

Assist in the next phase of Veza's growth as a Technical Support Engineer, working alongside builders from companies like Google and AWS. Provide nuanced technical and non-technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure resolution. Manage escalations to the engineering team, advocate for the customer, and create/share knowledge. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive positive customer outcomes and function as a subject matter expert for Veza products.
