Senior People Business Partner

We’re looking for a Senior People Business Partner to join our People team and support key business units at Fleetio. You’ll be a strategic partner and trusted coach to senior leaders — someone who can bring insight, structure, and follow-through to help their teams thrive. Our PBPs are embedded in the business. They know what’s happening on the ground, anticipate needs, and use their people expertise to make the work of leading teams simpler and more impactful. As Fleetio grows, so does the need for focused, embedded partnership. This role is not about doing everything, it’s about doing the right things to help business leaders lead better. You’ll bring clarity, connection, and confidence to your part of the org and help us model what impactful People Partnership looks like across the company.
