People and Talent Partner

This is a fixed-term 12-month parental leave contract role. Reporting directly into our Head of People and Culture, you’ll be joining a small but mighty team of 3 and play a key role in helping us grow thoughtfully and nurture a sustainable, people-first culture. You’ll design and deliver meaningful people programs, help us build high-trust systems and processes, and contribute to initiatives that make working at Easy Agile an experience people feel proud of. You can be based anywhere along the East Coast of Australia, with access to our office in Wollongong and the opportunity to come together in person at our quarterly team events. You've worked in a People and Culture generalist role before and know what it takes to support a team across the full employee experience. You’re a people-first operator who brings care, curiosity, and intention to how you support both team members and candidates.
