Functional Chief for Educational Services Facilitators

International SOS is seeking a Functional Chief for Educational Services Facilitators to oversee programs for the Navy Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP), which supports active duty members of the Navy, Marine Corps, Army, and Air Force plus their eligible family members. This role involves providing timely and effective program oversight of educational services functions, coordinating with Non appropriated Fund Instrumentality (NAFI) representatives and Contract Site Leads, regarding performance and quality of services provided by program’s staff and plan and ensure execution of quality assurance activities. The Functional Chief will also direct service productivity standards, ensure all information and referral and group education services are properly executed, continually identify best practices for program delivery, and assist in the development of standardized curriculum and program implementation guidance to maintain educational programs.
