Job Description

Serves as a key partner to leaders, managers, and employees in resolving workplace conflicts and navigating employee relations matters. Collaborates closely with the People & Culture (P&C) team to ensure adherence to organizational policies. Provides strategic coaching to leaders, People Business Partners, and managers to promote constructive feedback, reinforce best practices, and drive effective performance management across the organization. Manages employee relations across multiple business groups to assist employees and managers in resolving issues and grievances. Conducts thorough and timely workplace investigations in accordance with the company’s methodology and comply with all applicable laws. Communicates timely with all parties during the investigation process. Provides guidance in situations requiring conflict resolution, policy/procedure interpretation, performance management, position eliminations and other terminations, disciplinary actions, and other issues representing significant risk to the organization. Acts as a trusted advisor to managers and effectively assists with feedback and coaching to enhance employee performance.
