Job Description

This position is responsible for developing communications and delivering training across strategic IT initiatives. This role enhances change management activities within the IT PMO. A key objective of this role is to support design, development, and delivery of communications and training capabilities for IT initiatives and corresponding business workflows/processes to achieve IT strategic priorities. This individual will build relationships between IT and business stakeholders to effectively facilitate change management through existing communication and training channels. The role will partner closely with UCM IT, clinical, operational, and organization leaders to support change transformation across the enterprise. The primary responsibility will be applying change management processes and tools that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. In addition, this role is responsible for working with other leaders to support the IT portfolios that include project/program initiation activities, project/program budget management, and risk and issue mitigation.
