About The Role:
- Provide direct support to caregivers of patients.
- Offer meal planning recommendations and answer nutrition questions.
- Coach caregivers in navigating mealtimes.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries related to meal planning and nutritional needs.
- Ensure timely resolution of complex inquiries via phone or video.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor's degree and RDN credential.
- Licensed RDN required with eating disorder experience preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
