Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized perinatal and postpartum nutrition education via scheduled, virtual visits.
- Facilitate scheduled, virtual group classes for perinatal and postpartum nutrition.
- Ensure clear and precise documentation for all care interactions.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS), Registered Dietitian (RD), or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
- Demonstrated experience in providing medical nutrition therapy to perinatal and postpartum individuals managing conditions such as diabetes, hypertension or preeclampsia, inadequate weight gain, and anemia.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills.
