Role Summary:
- Provides patient-centered support through inbox management.
- Ensures timely care and safe medication management.
- Supports clinical quality and efficiency across IWC.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage the Coverage Inbox and route messages appropriately.
- Provide clear communication and education to patients.
- Review and process prescription requests within scope of licensure.
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner licensure with prescriptive authority.
- 3–5+ years of experience managing women 40+ in menopause.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, asynchronous environment.
Working Conditions:
- Remote/virtual work environment with reliable internet.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.
- Must perform work within the United States.
