Review patient intake information, including medical history and patient-submitted documentation, to support clinical decision-making
Conduct thorough clinical assessments aligned with established clinical guidelines

Board-certified Nurse Practitioner
Currently contracted with Michigan Medicaid
Eligible to provide telehealth services to Michigan residents and meet applicable credentialing requirements
