Clinical Research Associate

About The Role:

• The Clinical Research Associate is an integral part of Equip’s Clinical Excellence team.
• This individual will act as a cross-functional bridge, ensuring that Equip’s services are validated through rigorous research and statistical analysis.
• The Clinical Research Associate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of research.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Equip’s Data Science Team and Clinical Leadership to lead the end-to-end design of internal research projects.
• Work with Equip’s Data Science Team and Clinical Leadership to meet Equip’s research mission and objectives.
• Manage the lifecycle of IRB submissions.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate Degree in psychology, public health, clinical science, behavioral science, or other related field, or an equivalent combination of education and years of professional experience.
• Strong academic writing skills as evidenced by peer reviewed publications and conference presentations.
• Skilled at advanced statistical tests, quantitative research, and research study design.
