Responsibilities:

  • Lead the negotiation and execution of complex commercial transactions, including payor contracts and vendor agreements, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor evolving regulatory requirements affecting commercial agreements to maintain ongoing compliance with healthcare laws.
  • Develop and own a commercial contracting playbook, including standard templates and fallback positions, driving organizational consistency and scalability.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
  • 5+ years of relevant legal experience, with a strong focus on commercial and transactional work.
  • Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including health payor contracts, SaaS vendor contracts, and other vendor contracts.
