Develop, implement, assess and improve day-to-day operations of inbound call centers to meet and exceed all aspects of client needs and requirements according to policies and procedures. This position is 100% work at home, requiring RCM Specialists to perform various functions, resolve issues, provide customer service, and ensure performance metrics are met.

The Vice President of Operations will play a pivotal role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of Plume's core business operational functions. This executive leader will oversee Finance, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Legal, and Human Resources, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and fostering a culture of operational excellence. The VP of Operations will report directly to the co-founders and serve as a key member of the executive leadership team.
