VP, RCM

The Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is responsible for leading and optimizing all aspects of our revenue cycle operations. The Vice President will oversee the end-to-end revenue cycle process, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and a patient-centered experience. This role demands strong leadership to guide staff, consistently embodying and promoting Privia Health's core mission, vision, and values. Primary Job Duties include developing strategic plans, providing operational oversight, leading teams, reviewing policies, monitoring KPIs, collaborating cross-functionally, managing P&L, implementing technology solutions, fostering a culture of accountability, and ensuring compliance. The salary range for this role is $190,000-$225,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits.
