Director, Business Operations and Strategy, Care Enablement

Reporting to the VP of Care Operations, the Director will lead care enablement strategy across workforce planning, panel and capacity management, and care tools and systems. Responsibilities include managing a small team, serving as a strategic advisor to Care leadership, translating company goals into operational plans, owning capacity planning models, overseeing care team tooling and systems, monitoring performance indicators, overseeing care-related supplies, designing and testing care model enhancements, and collaborating across various teams. The role also involves designing and testing innovative care delivery models, launching lean pilots, staying ahead of trends in digital health, building business cases for investments, and synthesizing complex data into actionable recommendations. Someone with experience in business operations, strategy, or consulting is a great fit.
