Director, Implementation

Synapticure is seeking a Director of Implementation to lead the successful onboarding and rollout of strategic partnerships with ACOs, health systems, health plans, and pharmaceutical companies. This role is central to our growth and mission to serve patients and caregivers nationwide. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for managing multiple complex implementations simultaneously, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring every launch is executed with excellence, speed, and long-term success in mind. You will oversee workstreams across clinical, product, marketing, data, and operations to bring new partnerships to life while creating scalable, repeatable processes. The ideal candidate is a proven project leader with exceptional organizational skills, deep healthcare knowledge, and a history of delivering results through structured process, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
