Director, Commercial Operations

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and systems-oriented Director of Commercial Operations to architect and lead our commercial operations as we scale Foodsmart’s high-growth, B2B2C healthcare business. This is a foundational role with a unique opportunity to build the core infrastructure—from the ground up—that supports our end-to-end commercial lifecycle, from sales and implementation through client success, marketing and renewals. This Director will play a central role in shaping the systems, workflows, and analytics that power our go-to-market engine. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of operational rigor, strategic insight, and cross-functional leadership experience—ideally in a regulated environment such as healthcare technology.
