Responsibilities:
- Be a trusted advisor, providing support from people leaders to individual contributors.
- Coach and influence managers on how to build and manage an amazing team.
- Provide business leaders with data and recommendations of their organizations’ 'health'.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with proven success in partnering with leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.
- Strong understanding of the unique dynamics of technical teams.
