Research: Conduct ongoing people product research with leaders, managers and employees to understand needs, behaviours and motivations, building clear user personas.
Plan: Identify pain points and moments that matter, translating insights into well-defined problems and hypotheses on the people roadmap.
Build: Design and iterate people products such as Career Frameworks, Performance Management, Total Rewards, Policies and Benefits.

What we’re looking for:

Senior stakeholder partnering: Experience partnering with senior leaders in complex, changing environments, navigating ambiguity with confidence and pragmatism.
End-to-end people expertise: Strong grounding across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
Product-driven mindset: Proven experience building intuitive, tech-enabled, user-centric people products.
